Shipping policy

Just Row sells digital products and online services. No physical products are shipped.

Digital ebooks and training plans:
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to download your digital product. The download can be accessed on a phone, tablet, or computer. Please contact austin@trainingtall.net if you do not receive access or experience a technical issue.

Live coaching sessions:
After purchasing a live coaching session, you will receive instructions to schedule your Zoom call. Coaching sessions are conducted remotely and no physical product will be delivered.

Third-party platforms:
Certain services may be delivered through platforms such as Zoom, Calendly, Skool, Shopify, or ThriveCart. Customers may need to create or use an account with the applicable platform.
